Responsibilities
· Evaluates and implements projects that reduce cost, increase value and/or improves quality.
· Responsible for training on the process changes.
· Provides assistance in trouble shooting equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production.
· Support all new model launch, PFMEA, Control Plan, and TS requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Hands-On Experience: You have 3-5years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (strong co-op/internship experience is highly valued!).
A Continuous Improvement Mindset: You have a solid understanding of methodologies like Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and root cause analysis. · Six Sigma training· AutoCAD experience
Must have transportation, and willing to work days.
