- Schedule: Monday to Friday - 40hrs/week
- Pay: $18-$21/hr depending on experience

Being an intern or student at Cascades is a unique opportunity to define your interests and discover your passionas our new intern for the summer of 2025!
- Assist the process lead by analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementingstrategies that enhance productivity and quality.
- Assist the Maintenance Planner with scheduling repairs and preventive maintenance, assisting team membersin troubleshooting and failure analysis of machinery and equipment.
- Assist with the reliability function. Define standard processes and tools to handle defects and ensure thatprocesses are executed properly to improve equipment reliability and performance

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to assist in areas including process improvement, reliability, and maintenance planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
