Responsibilities
Cycle Management: Execute the full procurement process, including demand analysis, purchase order issuance, production follow-up, and shipment coordination.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and Operations departments to support accurate supply planning and demand forecasting.
Vendor Oversight: Evaluate and monitor individual supplier performance based on pricing consistency, service reliability, and lead time adherence.
Financial Tracking: Support the reporting of purchasing KPIs such as cost savings, inventory turnover, and volume consumption against the budget.
Compliance & Optimization: Stay informed on changes in trade regulations, HS codes, and tariff policies while maintaining procurement SOPs and internal workflows.
Qualifications
Proven Experience: 2–5 years of dedicated procurement or purchasing experience.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills with a proven ability to analyze demand, pricing, and inventory data.
Global Trade Knowledge: Solid understanding of import/export procedures, customs documentation, and logistics management.
Core Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under strict production timelines.
