A well-established, high-growth organization in the premium retail/apparel industry is seeking a Procurement Systems Implementation Lead to oversee the successful rollout of their new Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective system integration, user adoption, and sustainable process improvement. You’ll work cross-functionally across the business, bringing together procurement, finance, and end users to align on operational best practices and support long-term procurement excellence.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with hands-on procurement operations experience and strong project management capabilities, particularly within direct-to-consumer (DTC) environments.
About the Team
You’ll be joining a small, focused procurement function at a transformational stage—laying the groundwork for a modern, value-driven procurement strategy. As the implementation lead, you’ll drive both system execution and broader business change, working independently while staying closely aligned with senior finance and procurement leaders.

Responsibilities
•Leading the end-to-end implementation of a cloud-based P2P platform (Ariba), ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met
•Acting as the bridge between procurement, finance, and operational teams, translating system capabilities into meaningful actions and outcomes
•Guiding change management efforts, driving user adoption and engagement across departments
•Facilitating system training and providing hands-on support to ensure users are confident and proficient
•Providing input into the design of future-state procurement workflows and helping define process best practices
•Identifying risks or obstacles during the implementation and working proactively to mitigate them
•Working with a DTC-focused lens, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with business needs
•Supporting communication efforts to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
•3 to 5 years of experience in procurement operations, project management, and/or system implementation
•Proven success in leading or supporting enterprise system rollouts, ideally within procurement or finance
•Clear, confident communicator with experience engaging multiple stakeholder groups
•Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset
•Able to balance autonomous work with strong collaboration
•Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay workflows and procurement processes
•Comfortable working within the unique demands of a retail or DTC environment
Nice to Have
•Familiarity with tools such as Ariba, SAP, or other procurement platforms
•Exposure to procurement policy creation and governance
•Working toward a professional designation (e.g., SCMP, ISM)
•Passion for continuous improvement, digital transformation, and delivering value through procurement
