In this high-impact consulting role, you will own the end-to-end rewards strategy and member engagement lifecycle while leading critical identity integration initiatives across the digital health ecosystem. Operating at the intersection of product strategy, finance, and technical architecture, you will manage the rewards points budget, define member incentive models, and drive third-party care vendor connectivity. You will be responsible for defining and governing reusable Single Sign-On (SSO) and identity federation patterns (SAML 2.0, OIDC), ensuring secure, compliant, and seamless access for members and care providers across the platform.
Duration: 12-Month Contract (11/03/2026 to 11/02/2027; full 1-year engagement)

Responsibilities
Rewards Strategy & Lifecycle Execution (40%): Direct the end-to-end rewards strategy and manage the points budget. Scope, design, launch, measure, and iterate reward programs and personalization rules balancing member value, business outcomes, and cost controls.
Ecosystem Integrations Delivery (20%): Lead the execution and delivery of platform integrations, focusing on customer-facing inbound SSO and 3rd-party care vendor connectivity.
Roadmap Planning & Prioritization (20%): Co-lead multi-stream roadmap planning and prioritization across rewards initiatives, platform feature requests, and vendor integration milestones.
Integration Pattern Governance (20%): Partner with Security and Architecture to establish, refine, and govern reusable identity integration patterns (SAML 2.0, OIDC, and IdP protocols) for compliant and secure connectivity.
Vendor & Partner Oversight: Manage external third-party vendors to ensure technical delivery, reward fulfillment, and integration milestones are met on time and with high quality.
Performance Metrics & Analytics: Define and track key performance metrics (reward redemption, cost-per-outcome, SSO uptime, vendor integration adoption, and member engagement) to continuously optimize platform performance.
Qualifications
Product Management Depth: 5+ years of dedicated experience in Digital Product Management, combining rewards/loyalty strategy execution with identity/SSO technical integrations.
Identity & SSO Expertise: Mandatory hands-on proficiency with SAML 2.0, OIDC (OpenID Connect), and identity provider (IdP) integration technologies across customer and vendor ecosystems.
Rewards & Financial Acumen: Proven experience in rewards lifecycle management, points budget management, cost modeling, ROI analysis, and commercial value tracking.
0-to-1-to-N Product Track Record: Demonstrated experience establishing new digital programs or technical integrations from scratch (0-to-1) and scaling them across a broad user base (1-to-N).
Vendor Management: Proven background managing third-party technology and rewards delivery vendors.
Executive Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical identity concepts and financial strategy trade-offs into clear, executive-level recommendations.
Education: University degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field (Master’s degree or MBA is a strong asset).
