We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on Product Designer to join our Product Development Team. In this role, you will focus on the development of complex 3D surface geometry for large-scale fiberglass (FRP) product systems. This position bridges the gap between industrial design aesthetics and manufacturing engineering. You will own the advanced CAD surface modeling process, translating complex, organic paths and shapes into production-ready components that meet strict performance, safety, and fabrication requirements.

Advantages
Bonus: Target 10% annual performance bonus (September/October cycle)
Health & Dental: Comprehensive group benefits plan starting Day 1 (100% company-paid premiums, excluding LTD)
Retirement: RRSP matching program after 1 year of employment (up to 2% matching, scaling up over tenure)
Vacation: 3 weeks of paid vacation time
Responsibilities
•Surface Modeling & Geometry Development: Own the development of complex 3D surface models. Create high-quality, continuous surfaces (A-class or equivalent) suitable for large-scale fiberglass structures and complex transitions.
•Design for Manufacturability (FRP): Design natural, organic components with a deep understanding of fiberglass and injection molding tool/mold design. Apply practical considerations such as part splitting, draft angles, and flange design.
