Qualifications
Top Skills Required:

•Business Experience: Minimum 5 years in senior Product Owner/Product Manager roles, with direct accountability for business outcomes
•Strategic Prioritization: Demonstrated experience in prioritizing business deliverables and driving measurable business value
•Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of engaging with senior business leaders and aligning product features with organizational goals
•Risk Assessment & Regulatory Compliance: Deep understanding of financial accounting standards, legal regulations, and risk management in a business context
•Business-Focused Achievements: Candidates must provide specific examples of business impact (e.g., revenue growth, cost reduction, risk mitigation)
•Change Management: Experience leading business transformation initiatives

•Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory requirements and standards
•Bilingual in both official languages (French and English)
•Experience in business transformation or change management
