The ideal candidate brings expertise in trade compliance, landed cost calculation, and duty optimization and can translate complex regulatory rules into scalable, automated technology solutions. You’ll partner closely with Global Trade Compliance, Finance, Logistics, Engineering and Distribution to ensure our product roadmap aligns with both regulatory requirements and business value delivery. You will work with product fulfillment systems counterparts, project leaders, and operational leaders to understand upcoming capabilities and help to scope out the customer experience. Collaborate with dependent product teams to ensure that the end-to-end implementation journey is thorough and thoughtful.

Responsibilities
•Responsible for maintaining and prioritizing a backlog of work items for multiple systems and capabilities to support the Fulfillment Product strategy through working with the Product team to plan sprints (short term view) and managing backlog (long term view)
• Creates documents, drives user stories, and acceptance criteria to completion across functions based on MVP alignment
• Partners with the Technology scrum teams to support in the delivery of defined business capabilities and value within the project scope
• Supports in cross team “product sign-off process” to ensure the team is developing the right product solution
• Align on minimum viable product (MVP) by setting priority, delivery schedule, and influencing/managing expectations
• Develops specialized knowledge of industry trends and standards to introduce the continual process, tool, and methodology improvements
Qualifications
•Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline; •Master's degree preferred in equivalent field of study; Product Management certification preferred
•Experience – 2-5 years minimum years in Product Management or equivalent experience in Trade, Customs, or Global Logistics technology.
•Deep understanding of duty, tariff, and customs processes between Canada and the U.S.
•Experience working with Finance systems (e.g., landed cost, intercompany, duty recovery) and logistics data (e.g., ASN, commercial invoices, customs entry).
•Skills – Strong MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Access experience;
•Strong communications skills with other internal team members, including ability to build relationships with key business partner and other stakeholders;
•Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines and budgets;
•Well organized and structured,
