Our client is looking for a Product Manager for a contract engagement of 9 months with the possibility of a one-time extension. The role follows a hybrid model with 3 days on-site at Toronto, and 2 days remote each week.

Responsibilities
âą Own and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
âą Gather, assess, and prioritize customer and business requirements
âą Translate vision into epics, user stories, and backlogs
âą Lead cross-functional teams through the full SDLC
âą Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering for seamless delivery
âą Make strategic decisions on scope, prioritization, and release planning
âą Drive product execution in Agile environments using tools like Azure DevOps and JIRA
âą Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and accessibility standards (AODA/WCAG)
âą Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
Must Have:
âą Proven experience leading full product lifecycle (from inception to launch)
âą Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
âą Expertise in defining user stories and managing backlogs
âą Experience with AI-enabled features or AI-integrated product delivery
âą Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills
âą Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps
âą Track record of successful stakeholder collaboration in large enterprise settings
âą Knowledge of AODA/WCAG accessibility standards
Nice to Have:
âą Technical background or ability to lead technical discussions
âą Experience with build vs. buy analysis and modern tech stacks
âą Familiarity with managing complex policy, security, and privacy in digital product delivery
