This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days on-site in Toronto and 2 days remote each week. The contract is for 9 months with potential extensions (up to 2 terms). Responsibilities
âą Oversee product planning and delivery across the entire lifecycle
âą Refine product vision and ensure alignment with business goals and IT policies
âą Gather and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements
âą Collaborate with technical and business teams to manage implementation
âą Translate product strategy into prototypes, feature sets, and roadmap items
âą Manage client onboarding, service delivery, and performance improvements
âą Develop pricing and positioning strategies for the online payment platform
âą Act as a product evangelist to drive awareness and stakeholder buy-in
âą Track and analyze customer feedback to inform continuous improvements
âą Execute time-sensitive product launches and project deliverables
âą Represent the product team during stakeholder engagements and service demos
Qualifications
Must Have:
âą Experience managing and implementing online payment solutions
âą Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities end to end
âą Strong skills in requirements gathering, prioritization, and customer engagement
âą Demonstrated understanding of customer experience and market growth strategies
âą Ability to balance multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a hybrid work setting
Nice to Have:
đł Familiarity with CCPay or other online payment service platforms
đŁ Experience driving adoption as a product evangelist
đ ïž Background in creating PRDs, MRDs, and prototypes
đŒ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
đ Understanding of product pricing, go-to-market, and onboarding strategies
