In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and deep technical execution. Rather than managing from a high level, you will be deeply involved in the configuration and implementation of enterprise financial ecosystems. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive major digital transformations within a collaborative, forward-thinking corporate culture.
Advantages
Competitive Total Rewards: Offers a highly competitive base salary, annual performance bonus structure, and premium corporate benefits upon permanent conversion.
Modern Hybrid Work Model: Enjoy a balanced schedule with mandatory collaborative days in-office per week.
Professional Growth: Direct exposure to large-scale cloud transformations with clear paths for long-term career advancement.
Top-Tier Benefits: Robust health, dental, wellness, and retirement savings programs post-conversion.
Responsibilities
Act as the functional and technical anchor for enterprise ERP modules, moving beyond high-level oversight into active system execution.
Lead end-to-end configuration, implementation, and optimization workflows for specialized corporate application suites.
Translate complex business requirements into concrete technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment between localized operations and centralized corporate goals.
Collaborate closely with cross-provincial teams to maintain data integrity and system performance across the financial landscape.
For the Senior Level: Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team peers, fostering a culture of technical excellence (no direct HR reports).
Qualifications
Comprehensive professional experience in functional analysis, business systems analysis, or product ownership (Minimum 5+ years for Intermediate; 7+ years for Senior).
Mandatory Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on configuration and implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion. Candidates must possess deep technical capabilities in at least one key module (such as HCM, Expense, Cash Management, GL, Fixed Assets, or Intercompany).
Proven track record of guiding software setups or system deployments with a highly practical, execution-oriented mindset.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder alignment skills, balancing technical precision with collaborative leadership.
Long-Term Career Alignment: This role is structured as an initial 6-month contract with a mandatory transition to a permanent internal employee role with the client. Only candidates who are genuinely seeking and interested in a long-term permanent corporate position will be considered.
Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.
Summary
Location: Montreal, QC or Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 2 days per week in-office)
Position Type: Initial 6-Month Contract followed by mandatory transition to Full-Time Permanent Status
Target Profile: Professionals seeking long-term permanent placement
Industry: Financial Services / Insurance
