Responsibilities
• Work with the team to turn new ideas into testable prototypes (sample products).
• Create and run human tests to find out if the prototypes are comfortable, easy to use, and effective.
• Collect and analyze data from sensors and other tools to understand how the products affect a person's body and their overall experience.
• Figure out exactly how and why a prototype works the way it does.
• Use test results and data to make continuous improvements to the prototypes.
• Keep detailed records of all methods, results, and design changes.
Qualifications
• Early career experience, perhaps from your degree or a co-op program, in combining technology like hardware and electronics with physical products like clothing.
• Experience with collecting and analyzing data, especially from sensors, to help make decisions.
• A curious, flexible, and adaptable mindset with a strong ability to work on your own and take initiative.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Education in a relevant field like biomechanics, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar is a plus
