You will be the key resource on site, providing crucial, hands-on support across multiple functions to ensure our daily flow remains efficient and seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Readiness: Directly assist main operators with packaging and processing duties, including palletizing, bagging, counting, packing, and accurate labeling of finished products.
- Logistics Flow: Ensure the swift and safe management of materials by loading and unloading all incoming and outgoing pallets and product shipments.
- Facility & Sanitation: Maintain a professional and safe environment by performing active cleaning and maintenance of various work areas, and providing essential support to the Sanitation team as required.
- Operational Response: Take clear direction from Supervisors and Main Operators, and be prepared to execute all required tasks, including physically demanding needs like shoveling grain spills.
Critical Requirements:
- Safety Commitment: You must actively observe and strictly follow all safety policies and procedures, including the mandated use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Physical Demands: Must have the ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work Environment: This role is primarily indoor (80-90%), but requires readiness for necessary outdoor duties (10-20%) as needed.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Team Member to assist with daily operations in our production plant and warehouse. You will be responsible for a range of tasks that are critical to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety & Maintenance: Observe and adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Maintain the cleanliness and organization of various work areas.
Production Support: Assist with the packaging of products by palletizing, bagging, counting, and labeling.
Material Handling: Safely load and unload pallets and products.
Site Cleanup: Shovel grain spills and provide assistance to the sanitation team as needed.
Team Support: Follow directions from supervisors and main operators. Provide general support to operators to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and involves a mix of indoor (80-90%) and outdoor (10-20%) work.
Qualifications
For a general labor job, the qualifications related to transportation often include a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
