As a key part of our production line, you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet high-quality standards while helping to meet daily production goals.
Position Details:
Location: North Edmonton, AB
Pay: $20/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (12-hour shifts)
Day Shift: 7 AM to 7 PM
Night Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM
Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent

Responsibilities
Proficient with a digital caliper and tape measure.
Able to use a spectrophotometer to identify color failures.
Strong understanding of production work orders and packaging requirements.
Proactively report any quality, process, or equipment issues.
Actively support continuous improvement efforts.
Adhere to all company SOPs, procedures, and Health & Safety standards.
Assist with tool cleaning and changeovers.
Perform other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications
You are organized, detail-oriented, and driven to improve processes.
You possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
You have a solid mathematical and mechanical aptitude.
You are flexible, can show initiative, and are comfortable working on some weekends.
You are willing to complete pre-employment testing, including drug and alcohol screening.
You are physically fit and can lift 50 lbs.
