Drive Assembly & Production: Execute hands-on assembly and expertly manipulate intricate mechanical or industrial components.

Ensure all customer orders are processed, filled, and shipped on time.

Handle product quality checks, including inspections, testing, reclamation, and assembly.
Manage quality control documentation, issuing non-conformance reports and hold/scrap tags as needed.
Keep warehouse equipment and calibrated tools running smoothly by tracking and logging maintenance schedules.
Oversee inventory control, from receiving and inspecting incoming materials to organizing stock.
Coordinate logistics, including pick-ups, deliveries, and on-site testing.
Set daily warehouse priorities based on urgent customer commitments.
Work collaboratively with branch teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay adaptable by assisting with special projects and training new hires as the team grows.
Qualifications
Experience: Background in warehouse operations, assembly, or industrial manufacturing is preferred; familiarity with hydraulics is a major plus.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with both clients and team members.
Safety & Quality: A solid grasp of workplace safety regulations and basic quality control standards.
Technical & Analytical: Competent in using standard computer software, with strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
Logistics: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
