Responsibilities
Precision Mechanical Assembly: Assemble complex mechanical sub-assemblies and final units using precision air tools, torque wrenches, and power equipment.
Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring/mechanical schematics, and SOPs to meet exact product specifications.
Quality Verification & Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough dimensional inspections against tight tolerances, identify non-conformances, and resolve minor assembly issues.
Safety & Standards Compliance: Maintain an organized, hazard-free workstation while adhering strictly to OHSA regulations, facility PPE requirements, and 5S principles.
Qualifications
Relevant Experience: You bring at least one year of assembly or production floor experience, or a strong mechanical background where you worked with your hands.
Dependability: You take pride in showing up on time, delivering consistent effort, and being a reliable teammate.
Stamina & Agility: You thrive on your feet in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with ongoing movement, bending, and light-to-moderate lifting.
Safety Mindset: You keep safety top of mind for yourself and your peers while maintaining an encouraging, collaborative attitude.
