Responsibilities
• Assemble Tie Wrap Kits precisely using provided materials, including tie wraps and specialized packaging.
• Accurately perform counting of tie wraps and other components to meet kit specifications.
• Inspect and test completed work for adherence to quality standards and resolve simple errors promptly or seek assistance when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and acceptable standard of housekeeping practices in the production area.
• Understand and strictly follow all applicable company practices, policies, and procedures.
• Adhere to all established workplace safety regulations and guidelines.
• Conduct a final inspection of the product to ensure all client specifications and standards are met before packaging.
Qualifications
• Ability to reliably commute to Mississauga, ON
• Availability to commit to the full 3 to 4-week temporary production assignment.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Capacity to stand and walk for up to 10% of the time, and walk long distances repeatedly throughout the day in the warehouse environment.
• Must be prepared to wear steel toe boots (mandatory for safety).
• Comfort working in a warehouse environment where the noise level is moderately quiet and employees may be exposed to all kinds of weather.
• Preferred, but not mandatory, prior experience in a production, light assembly, or related Manufacturing & Logistics role.
