Responsibilities
- Assembly Operations: Utilize hand, air, and power tools to assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies efficiently and safely.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret schematic diagrams, engineering drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.
- Quality Assurance: Perform detailed quality checks, identify product defects, assist with light troubleshooting, and ensure adherence to tight tolerances.
- Workplace Safety: Keep a clean, organized work station while consistently following all facility health and safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years in an assembly, manufacturing, or general industrial environment (or demonstratable hands-on mechanical skills).
- Reliability: Outstanding attendance record, strong work ethic, and dedication to team success.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable standing for complete shifts, performing repetitive movements, and lifting objects in a fast-moving production line.
