Responsibilities
Production & Fulfillment: Assemble, process, and test products with high accuracy to ensure customer orders are filled and shipped on schedule.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace; conduct safety inspections, participate in safety meetings, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
Quality Control: Inspect incoming materials, conduct product testing/reclamation, and issue non-conformance reports, scrap tags, or corrective actions when standards aren't met.
Equipment Management: Monitor, maintain, and log the calibration schedules and upkeep of warehouse equipment and tools.
Inventory & Logistics: Manage inventory control, organize warehouse layout, receive incoming stock, and establish order priorities based on delivery timelines.
Collaboration & Support: Partner with branch personnel to maximize customer satisfaction, coordinate deliveries/pick-ups, assist with special projects, and train incoming team members.
Qualifications
Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse, assembly, industrial, or manufacturing setting is preferred. Experience with hydraulics is a major plus.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with both clients and team members.
Safety & Quality: A solid grasp of workplace safety regulations and basic quality control standards.
Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating computer systems and basic, user-friendly software applications.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Licensing: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
