Ready for a Hands-On Career with $20/hr Pay?
We're looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to step into a vital Production Associate role within our plant and warehouse team. If you thrive on variety, possess a safety-first mindset, and are ready to contribute to daily operations, we want you on our team!
What You Will Be Doing:
...
This role offers a blend of indoor and outdoor work, requiring energy and versatility. You will be the essential support keeping our production line running smoothly.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Palletizing, bagging, counting, packing, and labeling finished products to ensure they meet quality and shipping standards. This is a very physical role that requires diligently loading and unloading pallets and products, as well as shoveling grain spills. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Beyond the line, you will be a key resource, assisting machine Operators and Supervisors with various tasks, contributing to overall sanitation efforts, and helping out wherever needed to maintain efficiency. Above all, you are expected to strictly follow all safety policies and wear required protective gear at all times.
Compensation:
Starting Wage: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
Rotating Shifts: We operate a 3-shift rotation, requiring flexibility for the following:
Morning: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Night: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
If you are ready for a challenging and rewarding role where your hard work directly impacts production, apply today!
Advantages
Clear Path to a Pay Raise: The $20/hr starting wage is a solid foundation, but the guaranteed performance review after three months provides a clear and achievable goal to earn a raise to $21/hr. This incentivizes good performance from day one.
Performance-Based Incentive: The raise isn't automatic; it's based on a performance review. This rewards hard work and dedication, ensuring that those who excel are compensated accordingly.
Job Security: This is a "permanent job," which offers more stability and security compared to a temporary or contract position. You can build a long-term career with the company.
Variety in Schedule: The rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) can be a major plus for some people. It breaks up the monotony of working the same hours every day and can offer more flexibility for personal appointments or errands during different times of the day or week.
Responsibilities
You'll be working both indoors and outdoors, assisting with daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Safety First: Following all safety policies and using required protective gear.
Production & Warehouse: Palletizing, bagging, counting, packing, and labeling products.
Physical Tasks: Loading and unloading pallets and products, shoveling grain spills, and assisting with sanitation. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
A Class 5 driver's license is required.
Experience in agriculture or with farm equipment is a strong asset.
You should be mechanically inclined and have basic computer skills.
A great attitude and the ability to follow directions and communicate effectively.
