Responsibilities
• Operate production and assembly equipment according to strict manufacturing & logistics safety standards.
• Utilize visual work instructions with high precision to complete complex automotive assembly tasks.
• Conduct rigorous quality control inspections on parts and finished components.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet and exceed daily production quotas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace following 5S principles.
• Identify and immediately report any technical anomalies or safety hazards on the production line.
• Apply general math skills to track production output and inventory levels accurately.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing & logistics workflows.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a MUST.
• Proven experience utilizing visual work instructions to complete technical tasks.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada is required.
• Availability to work 8-hour shifts on both Saturdays and Sundays (Days, Afternoons, or Nights).
• Previous experience with robotics or automated manufacturing is considered a strong asset.
• Physical ability to perform production tasks for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot production issues.
• Ability to interpret and execute detailed technical work instructions.
• Proficient general math skills for production data management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for team coordination.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing & logistics setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
• High level of manual dexterity and exceptional attention to detail.
