Responsibilities
- Equipment & Tools: Safely operate light assembly machinery, power tools, and manual hand tools.
- Production Line Operations: Assemble parts, perform final product packaging, and prepare orders for outward shipment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect materials throughout the process to guarantee final goods align with exact client standards.
- Workstation Safety: Keep your work zone tidy, organized, and compliant with standard health and safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with floor leads and peers to achieve daily production metrics efficiently.
Qualifications
- Physical Capability: Comfortable standing for standard 8-to-12-hour shifts and capable of lifting 30 to 50 lbs as needed.
- Mindset & Detail: High attention to quality, strong dexterity, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Teamwork & Communication: Reliable work ethic with good verbal communication skills.
- Background: Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse operations, or general labor is beneficial, but full on-the-job training is provided.
