Job Title: Production Labourer / Woodshop Associate
Location: Brant County (Paris, ON)
Shift: Straight days, Monday to Friday
Hours: 7 am to 3:30 pm
Pay: $18/hour
*must have reliable transportation; location is not accessible by public transportation

Responsibilities
• Assist with the operation and feeding of the edge bander machine.
• Perform various General Labourer tasks as required to support the production flow.
• Read and interpret blueprints and detailed instructions for custom builds.
• Use hand and power tools, including drills and saws, to assist in the assembly process.
• Move finished products and raw materials on skids throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with a partner or work independently on custom projects.
• Take initiative to identify next steps in the production process.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in using basic hand and power tools (drills, saws, etc.).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings or blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail required for high-end custom woodworking.
• Physical stamina to stay on your feet for an 8-hour shift.
• Strong communication skills to follow complex, multi-step instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around moving machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
