The Schedule
This role features a continental rotation to ensure our facility runs at peak efficiency.
**Shift A:** 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
**Shift B:** 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
**Rotation:** Shifts rotate every two (2) weeks.
**Overtime:** Optional (available for those who want it!).

Responsibilities
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the final stage of the production line, ensuring that the products are packed perfectly and ready for shipment.
**Palletizing & Stacking: Prepare pallets with tear sheets and stack cartons from the conveyor as neatly as possible.
**Quality Control: Inspect cartons for printing or cutting defects; remove sub-standard items and notify the operator of issues.
**Detail Work: Clear internal scrap from cartons and place tear sheets between every layer.
**Organization: Ensure every pallet has a load tag and flash carton, and start new skids once standard heights are reached.
**General Support: Assist with other duties as assigned to keep the floor running smoothly.
Qualifications
Who You Are (Requirements)
**No previous experience is required.** We will provide all the training you need! We are simply looking for:
**Flexibility: You must be able to work the rotating 7-to-7 (Day/Night) schedule.
**Physical Stamina: Ability to lift **20 lbs to 50 lbs continuously** and handle repetitive movements in a fast-paced environment.
**Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and a desire to build a career in manufacturing.
**Reliability: We need team players who show up on time and are ready to work.
