Responsibilities
- Operating production assembly equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assembling components, packaging finished goods, and preparing products for shipment.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure all items meet company specifications.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace according to health and safety standards.
- Collaborating with team members and shift supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and hands-on mechanical aptitude.
- Good communication skills and a team-first mindset.
- Physical capability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 30–50 lbs regularly.
- Prior experience in warehouse, assembly, or factory settings is an asset, but not required (on-the-job training provided).
