... - Salary: Production Lead Hand $23.25/hr base + $1.50 Lead Hand premium + $1.00 shift premium
- Schedule: Midnight shift (10pm-6am)

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Scarborough, as the Lead Hand:
- Ensure a safe work environment and promote compliance with all health and safety standards
- Supervise and support employees in producing high-quality finished products efficiently
- Plan, assign, and coordinate work based on production schedulesMonitor production output and quality standards, making adjustments as needed
- Maintain compliance with BRCGS procedures, including equipment, processes, and documentationSubmit detailed daily reports at the end of each shift
- Build strong employee relations by modeling professionalism, accountability, and teamworkIdentify and escalate production or employee concerns in a timely manner
- Participate in and support Joint Health & Safety Committee initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and guide teams
- Proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with employees and management
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the corrugated industry (machine operation experience is an asset)
- Knowledge of health and safety policies and the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to drive engagement and gain buy-in for continuous improvement initiatives
