This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with an industry leader. While this starts as a contract role, there is significant potential for it to transition into a permanent position based on your performance and the company’s growth.
Rate: $19.75 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities
Responsabilities of the production line operator:
- Monitor any failures during test and report them to Manufacturing Line Lead or Technician.
- Report any test software or equipment issues or improvements to Manufacturing Line Lead or Technician.
- Mechanical / electrical assembly of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) into product case.
- PCBA and metal work inspection as per inspection procedure * Final assembly and packaging of products.
- Use fixtures and power/hand tools according to product specifications * Follow detailed process instructions and work towards meeting daily goals.
- Prepare and kit picklists for the lines while assisting other peers with water spider and de-trashing activities
- Constantly maintain a safe, clean and professional working environment by complying with procedures.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Work at different workstations or areas as needed on a rotational basis to reduce fatigue factor.
Qualifications
What do we expect from the production line operator:
- Previous experience in a production, assembly or manufacturing role
- Computer skills
- Able to use hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Flexibility, dependability, and a strong team-oriented mindset
