Routine Upkeep: Perform essential cleaning and preventive maintenance to keep machines running smoothly
Assembly & Material Handling: Execute manual assembly tasks and lift materials up to 50 lbs
Safety Adherence: Maintain strict compliance with all workplace health and safety protocols
Qualifications
Proven Labor Background: Demonstrated experience working in active, hands-on production environments
High Precision: Sharp attention to detail and consistent accuracy during repetitive assembly work
Mechanical Aptitude: Strong technical intuition with the ability to quickly master new machinery
Dependable & Open to Growth: Exceptional attendance history, positive mindset, and enthusiasm for learning
