Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Lead equipment setups and changeovers to ensure maximum throughput on high-volume lines.
- Precision Monitoring: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure every product meets "zero-defect" specifications.
- Proactive Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical bottlenecks quickly to minimize production downtime.
- Documentation: Accurately track production metrics, run-times, and output logs.
- Safety First: Maintain a pristine workspace and champion a culture of safety and compliance.
Qualifications
- Relevant Experience: Proven history in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using hand tools, navigating digital control panels, and making mechanical tweaks.
- Physical Readiness: Ability to stand for full shifts and safely lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Professionalism: A reputation for punctuality, reliability, and being a solid team contributor.
