Production Operator - Conformal Coating

Pay: $23/hr
Shift: Monday–Friday, 730AM-4PM

This is a contract position with a strong possibility of extension or a permanent position based on your performance and business needs.

Responsibilities
Apply conformal coatings to circuit boards, including preparing surfaces through cleaning and masking.
Maintain and inspect all coating equipment, booths, and filters to ensure optimal performance.
Mix coating formulas accurately to achieve the correct viscosity.
Adhere strictly to customer specifications, worksheets, and verbal instructions.
Coordinate the efficient flow of finished goods to inspection or shipping.
Perform detailed manual touch-ups and ensure rigorous quality control.
Initiate and track process improvements, reporting on progress and issues.
Complete necessary data entry.

Qualifications
Previous experience in conformal coating or electronic assembly
Must have a basic understanding of Mechanical Circuits
Ability to read and understand assembly drawings and work instructions.
Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
