Responsibilities
• Loading and unloading specialized machinery used in the production of building materials.
• Performing heavy lifting of materials up to 50lbs consistently throughout the shift.
• Ensuring all production tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet daily quotas.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace in accordance with manufacturing and logistics safety protocols.
• Collaborating with the team of operators and the day shift supervisor to optimize workflow.
• Monitoring machine performance and reporting any irregularities to the maintenance team.
• Adhering to all quality control standards to ensure the final product meets client specifications.
• Participating in regular safety meetings and training sessions provided by the company.
Qualifications
• Prior experience in a Production Operator role is mandatory.
• Experience working specifically in a manufacturing and logistics or factory environment.
• Must be physically capable of lifting 50lbs regularly throughout the day.
• Reliable transportation is required to ensure consistent attendance in Paris, Ontario.
• Ability to work the scheduled hours of 7 am to 3 pm reliably.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to all workplace policies.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
