Responsibilities
Work as part of a 3-person team to operate a fast-paced foam insulation line.
• Feed styrofoam planks into automated spraying machinery at a consistent pace.
• Align plastic siding precisely with moving foam using a manual clamping setup.
• Remove finished products from the conveyor, perform visual quality checks, and box them.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in accordance with plant standards.
Qualifications
Excellent hand-eye coordination, fine motor dexterity, and steady rhythm.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-repetition assembly environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset for small-team operations.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Experience in light assembly, packaging, or machine operating in manufacturing & logistics is an asset.
• Ability to work quickly and maintain a fast rhythm throughout an 8-hour shift.
• CSA-approved steel-toe safety footwear required.
• Reliable transportation to Paris, Ontario for the 7:00 AM start time.
