Responsibilities
- Equipment Support & Operation: Load, feed, and monitor automated lines producing quality vinyl siding and building components.
- Product Quality Inspection: Perform routine visual checks on finished goods, sorting and flagging defects to maintain quality targets.
- Packing & Crating: Efficiently bundle, wrap, and package finished products to prepare them for shipping.
- Workplace Cleanliness: Keep work zones tidy, clear of hazards, and compliant with health and safety guidelines.
- Target Achievement: Collaborate with shift supervisors and team members to maintain steady hourly output.
Qualifications
- Heavy Lifting & Mobility: Able to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently over an 8-hour shift.
- Industrial Environment: Comfortable working in a warm, active, high-velocity plant environment.
- Dependable Attendance: Reliable transportation and full commitment to the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM schedule (with flexibility for future continental shifts).- Communication & Coordination: Good hand-eye coordination and clear English skills (written/verbal) to follow safety protocols and fill out shift logs.
- Screening: Clear background check prior to start.
