As a Production Operator, you will be at the heart of production, operating state-of-the-art automotive machinery to create high-quality components. You'll thrive within a supportive, collaborative team that prioritizes quality and open communication.
start date : November 12 2025.
Be aware of 5-10 days of training time on Day Shift (7am – 3pm)
Then your schedule could be
Continental schedule: 7am – 7pm (84 hours biweekly)
Afternoon : 3pm-11pm (40 hours weekly)
ight Shift 11pm – 7am (40 hours weekly)
$19/h.

- Straight shift: Afternoons 3pm - 11pm and nights 11pm - 7am (must be willing to work all 3 shifts to cover for vacations)

- On-site amenities including a cafeteria, fridge, microwave, and kettle.

- Locker provided for personal belongings (bring your own lock).

Responsibilities
Your daily duties as a Production Operator will include:
- Machine Operating: Maintain continuous operation of the machines to produce quality parts
- Operate machine, turn on/off, adjust if required, validate process gauges as required
- Load and unload parts into and out of machine/furnace ensuring proper orientation and location
- Monitor machine operation to detect issues to notify their supervisors in the event of a machine error or malfunction
- Inspect parts. Visually examine parts to assess the quality of parts produced
- Complete all necessary paperwork
- Push and pull carts (physical labour)
- Keep work area clean and organized, maintain 5S standards
- Taking finished products from the machine and packaging into boxes
**You will be stationed at one spot to be trained 100% before learning all tasks.
Qualifications
Qualification for the perfect Production Operator :
- Steel Toes are mandatory
- Able to lift 30-50lbs at times but you can share the lift. Majority of items are 2-10lbs
- Able to work in a warm-hot environment
- Available for both afternoon and night shifts
