Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor production line machinery used in manufacturing vinyl products and vinyl siding.
• Sort, grade, and inspect finished vinyl products to ensure high quality.
• Pack completed items efficiently into boxes and crates for the manufacturing and logistics department.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace conforming to safety regulations.
• Collaborate closely with shift supervisors and fellow production line team members.
Qualifications
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs throughout the night shift.
• Willingness to work in a hot warehouse and manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for the entirety of the shift.
• Clean criminal background check prior to commencing employment.
• Full flexibility to commit to the Sunday through Thursday night shift timeline.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for an entire 8-hour shift.
• Must be willing to switch to continential shifts
• Good hand-eye coordination for sorting and packing vinyl components.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hot manufacturing environment.
• Reliable team player with excellent punctuality for the night shift schedule.
• Solid communication skills in English to follow technical specifications.
