Responsibilities
- Basic Machine Operation: Monitor, feed, and assist with automated equipment used to manufacture high-grade vinyl building supplies and exterior siding.
- Quality Assurance & Sorting: Conduct visual inspections, grade finished components, and remove non-conforming materials to uphold strict product standards.
- Packaging & Logistics Prep: Safely package, bundle, crate, and secure finished vinyl goods for transportation and distribution.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain an organized, clean work station to ensure strict adherence to workplace health and safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with production leads and shift supervisors to meet target hourly manufacturing quotas.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Capability to comfortably stand, walk, bend, stretch, and repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Work Environment Adaptability: Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-speed, and warm industrial environment.
- Schedule Reliability: Punctual and fully committed to the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Sunday–Thursday night shift, with adaptability to transition to a continental schedule if required.
- Essential Skills: Excellent hand-eye coordination, strong attendance record, and solid English communication skills (written and verbal) for reading safety procedures and recording shift logs.
- Background Check: Successful completion of a standard background verification.
