If so, we’d like to meet you! Our client, is a leading manufacturing company in Calgary, producing advanced heating, cooling, and ventilation solutions for industrial and commercial applications. They’re seeking two Production Supervisors for the day and afternoon shift to oversee daily operations, ensure production goals are met, and lead a skilled team to deliver high-quality results.
Position: Full-time, direct hire
Schedules: 2 Shifts available - Day shift 7am-3:30pm, Afternoon 4pm-12:30am (with flexibility to meet production needs)
Environment: Non-unionized manufacturing facility
Salary: $84,000-$95,000/yr (based on experience & certifications)

Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, coach, train, and mentor production staff, including onboarding new hires
- Oversee daily production schedules, assign personnel, and ensure work is completed on time
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and adjust priorities to meet deadlines
- Ensure accuracy of timesheets and maintain production shift reports
- Work with Safety to identify and manage workplace hazards through Job Hazard Assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost reduction opportunities while maintaining quality
- Manage resources for timely and accurate completion of work orders and finished goods
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Post-secondary education in business administration or related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Asset: Experience in electrical, welding, refrigeration, or sheet metal
- Asset: Lean manufacturing training
