Responsibilities
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role (manufacturing/production preferred).
A "hands-on" leader who can motivate and mentor a team of 20-25 associates
A strong commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications
Minimum grade 12 and related post-secondary education
2-4 years’ experience in a unionized, manufacturing environment, preferably packaging.
2-4 years’ experience managing a minimum of 20-25 people, including recruitment, employee engagement and performance management
