This is a hands-on role on the production floor. You will be the driving force behind daily efficiencies, working under the direction of the Production Manager to solve real-time challenges and lead a dedicated team to success.

Advantages
- Compensation: CA$60,000.00 – CA$70,000.00 per year plus benefits and paid overtime.
- Schedule: Rotating weekly shifts (Monday–Friday), Day: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
- Requires flexibility for overtime is essential.
- Location: Proudly based in Barrie, Ontario.
Responsibilities
- As a Production Supervisor, you are the engine of your shift. You’ll provide the effective, hands-on leadership our production team needs to meet and exceed our goals.
- Champion a high-performance culture. You will be on the floor, coaching, mentoring, and developing your team, turning potential into high-level performance.
- You'll own the shift schedule, coordinating all activities to meet production targets without ever compromising on our two biggest priorities: safety and quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Grade 12 diploma required; post-secondary education in Engineering or equivalent corrugated industry experience is a strong asset.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a unionized manufacturing environment, mechanically inclined.
- Proven track record managing teams of 16+ people, including recruitment and performance management.
- 2 years of experience in quality improvement and knowledge of ISO 9001 procedures.
- Experience with Lean, 5S, or CI is a huge asset.
