Production Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Direct, mentor, and assign daily operational duties to an 11-member shift team across active lines.
- Maintain strict safety protocols, enforce ISO 9001 quality measures, and complete audits.
- Conduct routine floor walk-arounds to audit work procedures, troubleshoot line issues, and log data into SAP.
- Process job orders, verify packaging specs, manage shift attendance, and input labour metrics
- Manage high-pressure operational demands calmly while serving as a steady, level-headed leader for your shift.

Qualifications
- Preferred background holding a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Demonstrated supervisory or people leadership experience navigating a fast-paced industrial manufacturing facility.
- Working knowledge of plastic compounding processes, equipment, and raw materials is considered a major asset.
- Hands-on experience working within an ISO 9001 facility alongside systems
- Demonstrated capability to work a 12-hour continental schedule alternating between day and night shifts.
