Your Role

As Production Supervisor, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:

Champion a safety-first culture in a fast-paced waste recycling environment
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, recycling standards and company policies
Lead, coach, and develop a team of operators and material handlers
Support training, onboarding, and skills development, ensuring a competent and versatile workforce
Supervise daily receiving, sorting, grading, and shipping of recycled materials
Monitor operational KPIs (throughput, downtime, contamination rates, inventory levels) and adjust priorities in real time
Ensure proper equipment utilization (loaders, balers, conveyors, forklifts) and escalate maintenance needs
Identify operational gaps and lead problem-solving initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste

What you bring

You're a natural fit for Production Supervisor if you have:

2-3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, recycling, logistics, or industrial operations
Experience in waste management, material recovery, or heavy industrial environments is a strong asset
Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Experience with MS365, Power BI and SAP or other ERP system
Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices
