Production Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Direct and guide the shop floor personnel to achieve daily production targets and maintain output quality.
- Actively engage with the team on the manufacturing floor, providing hands-on support and setting a positive leadership example.
- Execute effective, one-on-one coaching and instruction for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Regularly evaluate team productivity and product standards, providing timely feedback and corrective guidance as required.
- Handle administrative duties such as managing daily schedules, tracking attendance, and preparing performance reviews.
- Participate in the recruitment, orientation, and integration of new staff members into the production team.

Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience within a busy manufacturing or production setting is essential.
- Requires at least two years of proven experience in a supervisory or dedicated leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a large volume of part numbers and complex details with strong organizational aptitude.
- Proven capacity to utilize computer systems proficiently, including ERP software and Excel.
- Adept at clear communication and fostering accountability while balancing encouragement and necessary discipline.
- Possess a hands-on leadership approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, practical environment as a Production Supervisor.
