Responsibilities
- Effectively coordinate the daily operations of multiple departments, including the warehouse, production, logistics, and graphics teams, to ensure all production goals are met.
- Collaborate with the Vice President to track all raw materials and monitor stock levels to ensure order fulfillment.
- Develop daily KPIs and monitor key metrics to optimize production efficiency within the Hamilton facility.
- Proactively communicate with the sales department and customers to address any potential production delays or material shortages.
- Take on an active role in daily tasks, including checking orders and coordinating necessary resources to maintain a smooth production flow.
- Participate on weekly vendor calls
- Lead a team of 10 people across various departments
Qualifications
- You have a minimum of two years of experience in a Production Supervisor or similar administrative leadership role within an industrial setting.
- Possess exceptional coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on administrative and logistical tasks.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to correspond professionally via email.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with administrative functions, and a solid understanding of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably within the beverage industry.
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check to be considered for this Production Supervisor position.
