We’re partnering with a leading manufacturer of snacks, prepared foods and dairy products—to find an experienced Production Supervisor ready to take ownership of shift operations, elevate team performance, and uphold gold-standard food safety and quality practices.
This position is a full-time, permanent role on Night Shift!

Responsibilities
*Direct your team to execute production sequences, ensuring alignment with lean manufacturing principles to reduce downtime and prevent late deliveries.
*Effectively manage and deploy shift labour resources to meet output targets within the established budget.
*Mentor and provide coaching to employees, conducting performance appraisals and facilitating their professional development.
*Uphold and enforce all quality and food safety protocols, including GMP, GHK, HACCP, SQF, and CCP standards.
*Monitor and analyze daily and weekly departmental performance metrics, reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
*Take charge of all disciplinary matters in a timely and documented manner, and fulfill all duties of a Production Supervisor under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Qualifications
*Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a food manufacturing facility
*Leadership experience managing 60–80 team members per shift.
*HACCP and First Aid certified.
*Bachelors of Engineering Degree - is a plus!
*Strong understanding of GMP
*Strong computer and communication skills
*Familiarity with LEAN principles and continuous improvement strategies.
