At our facility in Scarborough you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Production Supervisor :
- Lead with Safety as a core value; build strong safety culture and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist Production Manager in action plans, continuous improvement strategies, and prioritization of work orders.
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily scheduled production activities.
- Ensure health and safety of all supervised workers; enforce safe work practices and participate in the Joint Health and Safety Committee.
- Monitor and control production and quality levels to meet operational goals.
- Investigate incidents, complete timely reports (accidents, first aid), and follow up to closure.
- Identify floor-level issues, make quick decisions, and lead continuous improvement to reduce risks and improve safety practices.

You too, put forward your strengths:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in the corrugated paper industry is preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting is mandatory, with demonstrated competence in all supervisory skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
- Demonstrated expertise in people management, organizational and prioritization skills, with strong knowledge of Health and Safety protocols and a high level of empathy in team interactions
