Production Worker - Carstairs, AB

As a Production Worker in the manufacturing & logistics sector, you will play a critical role in the daily operations of our client’s facility in Carstairs, AB. This Production Worker position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Working within the manufacturing & logistics division, you will be responsible for the final stages of the production line, ensuring that products are handled, inspected, and packed according to strict specifications.

Position: Production Labourer
Location: Carstairs, AB
Pay: $20/hr
Shift: Rotating 8 Hour Shift, 8:00am to 4:00 pm, 4:00 pm to midnight, midnight to 8:00 am – Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
• Perform consistent quality checks on vinyl siding to ensure brand standards are met.
• Pack finished products efficiently as a Production Worker to meet daily output goals.
• Clean and maintain production equipment to ensure operational longevity.
• Perform basic repairs on machinery as needed to minimize downtime in the manufacturing & logistics process.
• Read and interpret the production schedule to prioritize tasks for each shift.
• Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE such as safety shoes, long pants, and long sleeves.
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lb regularly throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift schedule (Days, Afternoons, and Nights).
• Proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Must provide own safety shoes, long pants, and long sleeves (additional PPE provided).
• Prior experience as a Production Worker or in a manufacturing & logistics environment.
