Position: Production Worker / Metal Shop Worker
Location: Paris, ON
Shift: 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: $19.00 /hourly

Responsibilities
• Perform light metal assembly work in accordance with project specifications and safety guidelines.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and drills to precision-drill holes and assemble metal components.
• Operate and monitor various shop machinery to fabricate and finish metal products safely.
• Inspect finished workpieces for quality, ensuring all parts meet required dimensional standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace within a busy industrial metal shop environment.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including the 4safe health and safety training standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and shop supervisors to meet daily output goals.
Qualifications
• Proven experience or high comfort level using hand tools, power tools, and drills.
• Capability to safely and regularly lift up to 50 lbs during production shifts.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Required attire: long pants, shirt, and safety shoes (steel-toe).
• Successful completion of standard health and safety compliance training (4safe training).
• Previous experience in a metal shop or industrial manufacturing setting is considered a strong asset.
