Position: Production Worker
Location: Stratford, Ontario
Rate: $22.98/hour
Afternoon shift premium: $0.50
Night Shift premium: $0.65
Shifts Available:
FRI - TUESDAY / Days (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
FRI - TUESDAY / Afternoons (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM)
FRI - TUESDAY / Nights (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
Wed - Sunday / Days (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
Wed - Sunday / Afternoons (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM)
Wed - Sunday / Nights (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
Advantages
• Competitive base pay starting at $22.98/hour, plus attractive shift premiums ($0.50/hr for afternoons, $0.65/hr for night shifts).
• Multiple shift options available (Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts on Friday–Tuesday or Wednesday–Sunday schedules).

Responsibilities
• Follow Standardized Work Instructions (SWI) to assemble automotive parts accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload components on and off production furnaces and heavy presses.
• Perform thorough visual and dimensional quality control inspections using basic measuring systems to ensure parts meet client specs.
• Identify, record, and report product burrs, chips, cracks, or process deviations to line supervisors.
• Read and interpret process sheets and strictly maintain traceability tag procedures for all parts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by adhering to 5S principles.
• Proactively report safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or environmental concerns to management.
• Achieve daily production target numbers while meeting rigorous Environmental Health & Safety guidelines.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in heavy manufacturing, automotive assembly, or machine operation preferred.
• Ability to handle physical requirements of the job, including continuous standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary.
• Willingness to work in a variable, fast-paced factory environment with high ambient temperatures.
• Full flexibility to work required shift schedules, including weekends and potential overtime.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) for instruction and safety protocol adherence.
