This hands-on position plays a key role in supporting the smooth and safe operation of our production lines. Starting duties include stacking finished materials onto wagons and assisting line operators. As you gain experience, you’ll take on additional tasks like loading steel coils onto the uncoiler and helping with machine setup for different product runs.

Location: Aldergrove, BC
Immediate temporary to permanent opportunity
Schedule: Monday-Friday + occasional Saturday
Shifts: 7:00AM-3:30PM
Wage: $20.00-$22.00/Hr (based on experience)
Mechanical aptitude is considered an asset.
Previous experience in a fast paced manufacturing or production setting required
Vehicle is required as shift timing is not transit friendly -Aldergrove, BC

Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a relatable setting
Mechanically inclined individuals are strongly preferred.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and meet physical demands of the role
Knowledge of safety policies and procedures, including WHMIS training
Familiarity with banding machines and chop saw operation
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with production teams
Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
Vehicle required
You are legally permitted to work Fulltime in British Columbia
Physical and Working Conditions:
Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, and perform tasks involving the use of hands and arms for lifting, handling materials, and operating equipment
Regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs, and occasionally lift and move items up to 50 lbs (e.g., steel components, coils, and packaging materials)
Work is performed in a warehouse and yard environment with exposure to dust, noise, moving equipment, and varying weather conditions
Physically demanding role requiring consistent manual handling and movement throughout the shift
Must follow all workplace safety protocols and use equipment as instructed
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection is required and provided by the employer
CSA-approved steel toe boots are mandatory for this position
