- Precision Assembly: Build automotive components accurately according to provided templates and blueprints.
- Tool Usage: Operate a variety of manual and power tools (e.g., drills, wrenches, screwdrivers) with accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect parts and monitor the line to catch and report defects or quality issues early.
- Physical Tasks: Safely lift, handle, and position parts weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Production Targets: Work at a consistent pace to help the facility reach its daily output goals.
- Safety First: Comply with all site safety protocols and wear mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Workstation Maintenance: Keep your workspace clean, tidy, and organized to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications
- Physical Capability: Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs regularly, perform repetitive physical movements, and stand for extended periods.

- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to travel to the facility in Aylmer, Ontario.
- Availability: Ability to work the full Day Shift duration and accept occasional overtime as required.
- Education & Background: High school diploma or equivalent experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting. Previous assembly or production experience is a strong asset.
- Dexterity & Technical Understanding: Strong manual dexterity to assemble small parts alongside a basic grasp of manufacturing processes.
- Communication Skills: Ability to accurately read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and commitment to workplace safety rules.
